The Agency's agents watch the application of the security rules in the fishing harbours as well as their protection, maintenance and cleanliness.

-- Fishing harbours security rules --

1. The boat captain must take, at the time of the manoeuvres, the necessary measures to warn accidents and boarding in the harbour.

2. Since his boarding, the captain must fix the boat at the embankment reserved to this effect, and ovoid all places susceptible to embarrass or to hinder the liberty and the security of the navigation.

3. All boats alongside in the harbour must be in good state of conservation, floating and security.

4. When a boat sinks in a basin or in a navigation channel in the harbour, its operator or its captain is held responsible to remove it and to displace it immediately after the harbour chief agreement of the execution method.

5. It is prohibited to swim, to fish and to practice water sport in fishing harbours.

6. It is prohibited to stock tainted and unsanitary products, to put down garbage on the quays, in the uncovered areas or in the harbour's hangars.

7. II is prohibited to light a fire on the quays and uncovered areas and to use the tools or devices susceptible to provoke a fire or an explosion.

8. It is prohibited to the public to enter the harbours if their presence disturb the work.

9. It is prohibited to park vehicles and tooling on the places non reserved to this effect.

10. It is prohibited to swim,fish and practice nautic port in the fishing harbours.


-- Fishing harbours protection and maintenance --

1. The Agency's agents watch the harbours security rules application and their dependences, their cleanliness, protection and safeguard. They organize and control the movements on the quays and the arranged lands and they watch the application of the rules prescribed in the setting of the levelling of the fishing harbours.

2. It is forbidden to :

. In the harbour's water and its dependences, contaminated water containing hydrocarbons, dangerous or harmful substances to the environment or to health.

. Throw rubbish, garbage, earth, debris, matters or any goods in the harbour's water and its dependences and broadly speaking outside the sites and containers intended to this object.

. Used oil outside of the containers conceived to this object.

. Wash the nets and to throw fishes in the harbour's channel or basin.
. Put the goods or all other objects, as junks, motors, the panels and the facilities on the harbour's quays and on the floating bridges.
. Put the nets and spread them, without authorization, on the quays and on sites non intended to this object.
. Use the basin's water to wash the sea products.

3. It is strictly prohibited to all captains to moor their boats on a floating light, markers, buoys or floating bodies non intended to this effect.

4. In case of a small size navy pollution by hydrocarbons or harmful substances inside the harbour public domain, the Agency's agents give orders to do the necessary job to fight this pollution.

5. In case of a massive navy pollution inside the harbour public domain, the Agency informs the concerned authorities to fix this problem as soon as possible.

6. The boats and harbour facilities operators are responsible for the damages of the exploitation tools, the green zones and the arranged areas in the harbour. The damages costs are chargeable to those that caused them.

7. After every landing, the boat captain must give orders to clean the used quay part with water and collect the fish rubbish in suitable bags.
